Getinge Stand – PTT Congress, Hilton | Trade Show Stands
10 sqm. Hilton Hotel in Warsaw. Congress of the Polish Transplantation Society. New client, first project.
Ten square metres isn't much. We had to fit in the Paragonix display, the Cardiohelp II unit, two screens and space for a conversation — without anything looking forced in.
What made this stand work:
Curved corners – navy build in a light grey frame, a softer form instead of right angles.
Two LED screens flush with the wall – no frames, no visible edges. At this size every millimetre of misalignment shows.
Backlit plinth – light lifts the white units off the dark background.
Oak slats – separating the meeting area without closing it off.
Backlit 3D logo – visible from the congress corridor.
Installed in a hotel, not an exhibition hall. Different conditions: restricted access, lifts instead of loading doors, work in an operating building.
Medical congresses have their own logic — smaller footprints, higher finishing standards, a product that has to look right in every detail.
