Rituals Live Event - Hilton Hotel, Warsaw.

900 m², 180 people, two stages.

Part one—training and presentation. Stage, P1.5 LED screen, two 85" TVs, sound system, and lighting. Assembly time? 4 hours, 10 people. Done.

The evening portion was being built alongside the event, simultaneously. A second stage, a second LED screen, a wall with a bathtub constructed of beMatrix, floor panels, and appropriate lighting—a ready-made photo opportunity. Special plexiglass walls with illuminated air bubbles. Flowers, greenery, a water ambiance. Cabaret. Evening lighting and sound.

To change the room from day to evening mode - 3 hours.

Several dozen square meters of LED screens in total.

Ideas were developed in collaboration with the client, on an ongoing basis. The result? Everyone was very pleased.
