Salone del Mobile, Milan 2026. For us, it's our first time in Milan – something unique, prestigious, showing that we like challenges and are great at handling them.
This isn't just any trade show. Salone del Mobile is the pinnacle of the furniture and design industry worldwide. When a client called and said she wanted us to set up her booth in Milan, it was a real honor. I knew we would make it the best we could, no matter what.
The preparations were intense—both production and organizational. Full documentation was required—company, training, and safety documentation, certifications, and regulations. Hard hats and safety footwear were required on the construction site. There was a lot of reading and a lot of filling out. I was a little terrified.
Arriving on site—a relief. Yes, they're demanding. But everything is organized, checked, and safe. Everyone is checked and vetted before entering the fairgrounds. Professionalism at every step.
50m². We combined several construction techniques at this stand—traditional plastering with putty and paint, textured plaster with straw and clay, the beMatrix system, and brushed steel metalwork. Each technique has its place and application—this combination allows for a unique visual effect while optimizing costs.
Four of us went, and the assembly was challenging—most of the stands were already in place, and there was nowhere to put materials. Hot, cramped, and constantly rearranging. We made it.
I felt really good at the end. There's always a feeling of dissatisfaction—something could have been done better. But I know one thing: we can do practically anything. A huge thank you to the entire team!
