Here, we describe our projects as we experience them—with details, challenges, and the end result. Trade fair stands, events, conferences, exhibitions. We invite you to join us.

FJDynamics — Agrotech, Kielce. Second project, a clear step forward year over year.
119 m², yellow and black brand colors, 6x5m suspension, 3.5x2m LED screen. Power is supplied to each tabletop—the technology requires electricity wherever the equipment is located. The component wall—our work. Precise arrangement, every element labeled, everything in its place. This arrangement isn't decoration—it's a product presentation that visitors read and understand. The stand was at the back of the main aisle. Was that a problem? The photos speak for themselves—there w

Suspension at trade fairs – why is it worth it and how does it work?
Most clients don't consider suspension when planning their stand. Yet, it impacts the stand's appearance and perception. Why hang a stand at all? Two reasons. First, lighting. Lighting from above is simply more even, easier to plan, and produces a better effect than lighting from the walls. Second, the stand and logo are visible from afar, even before visitors arrive. What could go wrong? The most common mistake I see is hanging them too low for the stand's height. Sometimes

Fagor Professional — Eurogastro, Warsaw. First implementation.
69 m², anthracite color, Quadro grid suspension + beMatrix frames 5x5.5 m, PVC flooring, power supply for all of the customer's catering equipment. The main concern? Height. The client delivered and set up the equipment, and we provided power at each location. The installation team was excellent, and the atmosphere on the site

Sika Poland — PSB Fair, Kielce. Second project, same area — 40 m².
The brand's yellow and black colors are intense and consistent. Sika has its own brand book and strictly adheres to it—our role is to design the stand, measure the walls, and prepare the rendering for approval. Graphics provided by the client. The result must be perfect. The P1.5 LED screen, 2x1.5m, was small, but there wasn't much space in the space. Decorative mesh on top of the structure, two counters—a moss-covered reception counter with the Sika logo, and a counter for t

Prowent Białystok — International Fair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Nadarzyn.
33 m², beMatrix system, navy blue and white brand colors. The challenge? Products are difficult to showcase—flexible ventilation ducts look similar, while diffusers, intake vents, and air grilles require precise display. The solution: ducts hung so that the mounting points are hidden from view. Holes for diffusers and grilles are precisely drawn and CNC-cut, with each element in its place. beMatrix arches on the corners – instead of sharp angles, a soft form that distinguishe
