Suspension at trade fairs – why is it worth it and how does it work?
Most clients don't consider suspension when planning their stand. Yet, it impacts the stand's appearance and perception.
Why hang a stand at all? Two reasons. First, lighting. Lighting from above is simply more even, easier to plan, and produces a better effect than lighting from the walls. Second, the stand and logo are visible from afar, even before visitors arrive.
What could go wrong? The most common mistake I see is hanging them too low for the stand's height. Sometimes they literally touch. The result? Instead of feeling light and airy, they feel overwhelming.
Is it always possible to suspend a stand? No. Each hall has its own technical requirements—different suspension options, different height restrictions, different costs. Therefore, before we begin designing a stand, we contact the trade fair organizer and verify the technical possibilities.
What does the entire process look like? We verify the technical specifications for the stand—support beams, suspension options. We plan the structure—our standard is Quadro trellis + beMatrix frames, our own equipment, a proven solution. We send the organizer complete documentation—description, certifications, weight, planned height. After approval, we begin designing, then on-site assembly, hoisting, and you're done.
We handle it all for the client: design, documentation, paperwork, and installation.
The customer receives a ready-made suspension. We take care of the rest.
